Define Human resources. 

Human resources or HR is a division in an organization whose main purpose is to find, screen, and train people that have the abilities to perform a certain job in the organization. HR is also charged with the administration of the employees.

What is the role of human resources? Define in detail. 

What are the main areas of Human resources?

-Management of the employees.

-Compensation and appraisal of every employee within the organization.

-Planning and development of competences into an individual and organizational to enhance a better performance.

-Applying approaches in the work process fiel such as succession planning, career development and inter-organizational mobility.

What is Capital? 

It refers to all of the money, manpower, technologies that an organization has to perform its activities and also to fund a future growth.

In your opinion, is human resources necessary? Explain.  

It is very necessary in every organization to have an HR department because the employees and future employees have to have the assurance that their work will be completely compensated. Also the HR department has the objective to create identity among the other organization, this makes employees feel unique and wanted in an organization.

Define Human resource management. 


It is defined as an strategic approach to have an effective and efficient management of the employees of an organization in order to gain all kinds of advantages.

What are the main responsibilities of a Human Resource Manager? Define  them in detail. 

  • Manage company staff

  • Onboard newcomers

  • Determine salaries and compensations

  • Provide support systems

  • Provide induction and training plans


Which of the responsibilities you mentioned in the previous questions do you  think is the most challenging or a HRM? Why? 

The most challenging part in HR for me would be the creation of evaluation plans. The reason for this is because every person not only in the organization but in the world is different so in order for an evaluation to be successful it is necessary to create suitable evaluation plans.

What are the most important skills of a Human Resource Manager?

Empathy is the most important of them all because HR employees have to fully comprehend the employees feelings. Also an HR has to have the communication ability very developed because HR is in charge of communicating with employees, employers and also future employees.

Hello Gerardo!! the answer to your last question seemed very interesting to me, in my opinion, I would never have considered empathy as the most important skill for a human resources manager, but now that I read your work I think that if it is a good point to consider. we do not agree on that question but it seemed good to share different ideas (Y)

  5. When you defined human resource management I liked this key sentence that you used "strategic approach to have an effective and efficient management of the employees" beacuse there no way possible to say it better tha this! I'll consider this definition from now on like the best one
