INTRODUCTION

 

In this text I will be talking about the importance of identifying the different issues affecting an organization and explaining the issues that affect and organization. There are many issues that may occur to an organization, from mild consequences to the stronger ones.

 

BODY

 

Communication issues are one of the most common problems within an organization and it could lead into strong consequences. This kind of issues may occur when choosing the wrong communication channels, this may lead into very strong consequences due to the loss of vital information. All the parts of the organization need to have the ability of communicating correctly for this to not happen.

 

There are many organizations failing due to financial issues. This may happen when there is not a correct usage of the financial assets. There are a lot of different courses to take to prevent these issues but the most efficient is to create a financial plan. Financial plans are made by the accountants and managers of the organization, they must create a plan considering the amount of assets they have, focusing on the main objective and goals. If done correctly this plan may lead into a successful organization financial power.

 

Nowadays organizations all around the world began focusing on creating more efficient and effective products and services. For this to happen they started developing quality plans. After the creation of the ISO standards organizations have learned how to develop their quality standards leading into better products and happier costumers. If an organization produces a poor-quality product or service, then it may lose customers leading into an economical loss.

 

Lack of accounting systems is also another big issue among organizations around the world. Every business needs an accountant who is the responsible of paying the correct taxes to the government, if this is not done correctly it may lead to many problems with the government such as fines. For this to not happen it is very important to have transparency within the numbers of the organization. The correct payment of taxes is the only way to avoid these kinds of problems. Also, a good accountancy may lead into the happiness of the employees of the organization because of the correct payment of salaries which I find very important.

 

The manpower of every organization is one of the most valuable assets for an organization. For the employees to feel part of the organization there needs to be a Human Resources division. If there is an incorrect or lack of Human Resources division within an organization then the employees may not be satisfied with their jobs and the organization may lose their employees. Human Resources has a lot of unvaluable benefits that lead into the success of an organization.

 

Every business needs a marketing plan to sell their products, if the Marketing division is missing from a company, then their product may not find their way to their customers, which leads into a low development of finances. If done correctly then it may bring a lot of valuable benefits to a company because it is very important for the customer to know what they are buying and the information about the products. The main point of the marketing plans is to create a need among the customers to buy a certain product or service.

 

CONCLUSION

 

Every organization must always keep in mind every objective and goal to achieve them. That is why there is a lot of different terms that need to be applied into the organization that will help it achieve them. The correct usage of the terms and divisions I wrote about will lead into the success. Taking this into account then we all know every organization its different and has different purposes but there is something that makes all of them similar and is that every organization wants to achieve their goals, professionalism must be applied in every aspect in order for the correct development of every aspect.
